All gratuities are included in the Entrance Fee.
Entrance Fees will not be returned after starting times have been accepted.
Meals ordered must be paid for unless cancelled before the refreshment date stated on the application forms.
Players from home and nearby clubs will be allocated early times. (A.G.M. 1984).
All measuring devices / distance finders are allowed in accordance with England Golf.
Players must have a Handicap Index.
If at the last minute one of the foursomes competitors is forced to cancel, the other competitor is required to act as a marker.
Players are to reconfirm their eligibility to play in Competitions at registration.
For the Spring Meeting, only Past Captains who are still playing members of the club of which they were Captain are eligible to play for the Nicholson Trophy.
For the Summer Meeting, only Past Captains who are still members of the club of which they were Captain are eligible to play for the Hodson Trophy.
Society members playing as independents are eligible to play in the Spring and Summer Meetings, and can compete for the Silver Jubilee Trophy, Jackson Trophy and all individual prizes.
Trophies Spring: Jubilee Cup. Best score over 18 holes. Nicholson Club Team Trophy for best three combined scores. Foursomes Stableford. 1/2 of combined handicap. Summer: Jackson Trophy. Best score over 18 holes. Hodson Club Team Trophy for best three combined scores. Foursomes Stableford. 1/2 of combined handicap. Summer: *Golden Jubilee Trophy. Stableford, best combined Club Individual Foursomes scores over Spring and Summer Meetings.
