This year's event is split over two dates to allow for a maximum accomodation of 70 ladies in the clubhouse at Formby Ladies.
The dates are Friday 24th March and Monday 27th March.
Both events run from 2.00pm to 4.30pm.
When submitting your application, it would be helpful if you are able to indicate 'no preference' on your choice of date as far as possible, to help the allocation of tickets.
Applications are open, and will close on Monday 27th February 2023.
If you wish to enter, you will need to submit the form within your 'Members and Fixtures Book' to The Society Secretary, Mrs Jane Rose, along with a SAE for the return of your ticket for the event.
The cost of the afternoon tea is £12.50 and will include a selection of sandwiches and cakes with tea and coffee.
Payment may be made by BACS or by cheque. (Please see your Members' Book for bank details.)

Should either event be over-subscribed, places will be allocated in order of receipt.
